Martin Huber

Partner, Munich
Martin Huber was professionally trained by and worked as an auditor for a medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firm in Munich, and has worked for a tax consultancy and auditing firm in San Francisco. He joined Rüter & Partner in 2001, was officially appointed as a Certified Tax Consultant in 2011, successfully passed the exam as a Specialist Advisor for International Tax Law, and was made partner in 2014.

Thomas Sagasser

Partner, Munich
Thomas Sagasser was professionally trained by and worked for several years as an executive for a multinational financial institution; studied Business Management at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich; and worked for several years as an auditor for an international tax consulting and auditing firm in Munich. He was officially appointed as a Certified Tax Consultant in 1998, joined Rüter & Partner in 2000, was made partner in 2001, and has been serving as a supervisory Board member for an international hotel group since 2013.

Jörg Kemkes

Partner, San Francisco
Jörg Kemkes was professionally trained by and worked as an auditor for an internationally oriented tax consulting and auditing firm in Düsseldorf and was officially appointed as a Tax Consultant in 1997. He joined Rüter & Partner in 1998, was made partner in 1999, and since 2010 has been serving as head of the US branch office which relocated from Atlanta to San Francisco in 2014.

Harald Gräf

Partner, Munich
Harald Gräf studied Business Management at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich as part of a dual program working simultaneously for a tax-consulting firm in that city. He then worked for several years as a tax consultant and auditor for a Munich medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firm. He was officially appointed as a Tax Consultant in 1995, joined Rüter & Partner in 1995, and was made partner in 1996.

Bodo Rüter

Partner, Munich
Bodo Rüter studied Business Management at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich and worked within the field of tax consulting with the University of German Federal Armed Forces. He has also run departments of international planning offices, car rentals, and industrial companies; managed hotel and real estate enterprises; was appointed a tax consultant in 1988; and was founding partner of the tax consulting firm in 1988.

Peter Rüter

Partner, Munich
Peter Rüter studied Business Management in Würzburg, and trained as banker, authorized officer and sales manager in international planning offices and industrial companies. He has also managed hotel and real estate enterprises, worked for several years as an auditor for auditing firms in Würzburg, was appointed a tax consultant in 1985, and was a founding partner of the law firm in 1985.

Hajo Neupert

Attorney-at-Law, Legal Specialist for Tax Law and Tax Consultant

Hajo Neupert studied Law at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich (majoring in tax law), followed by law residencies in Munich and New York. He simultaneously and successfully completed training to become a legal specialist for tax law. He was admitted to the bar in 2007, was accredited as a Legal Specialist for Tax Law in 2011, was officially appointed as a Tax Consultant in 2011, and was made partner in 2016
